DAY 2 - Thursday February 16 (B). Puerto Iguazu
Full day excursion to the Iguazu National Park
Breakfast at hotel.
We are going to visit to the Iguazu National Park, which jungle roads lead to a unique site in the world: where birds sing to the beauty of the landscape and nature vibrates with the thunder of the water.
The natural treasure being hosted are the Iguazú Waterfalls: 275 waterfalls that reach an altitude of almost 260 feet.
We are going to visit to the traditional Upper and Lower circuits as well as to the Devil's throat. The tour also includes riding the Jungle Ecologic train.
This tour may be combined with optional nautical tours and photo safaris available in the National Park.
Lower circuit: this is a round 1.2km circuit that gives visitors access to splendid falls viewpoints and long-distance views of the Devil's throat and the Brazilian side falls.
This is a high difficulty level circuit made up by a great number of stairs.
Upper circuit: this round trip 1.3km circuit takes visitors to the feet of the major falls.
Duration of this part of the circuit: 1 hour.
From all traditional circuits, this is the easiest one as there are no stairs throughout the circuit. Devil's throat circuit: visitors will have access to this circuit getting the Jungle Ecologic train and getting off at Devil's Throat Station. A 1.1km path will lead visitors to the fall balconies located in front of and next to the Devil's Throat. Duration of this part of the circuit: 2 hours. No stairs.
Iguazu National Park provides varied services to tourists. Among them, restaurants, fast food stores and drugstores.

DAY 3 - Friday February 17 (B, L, D). Puerto Iguazu- Buenos Aires
Jewish tour (half a day)**
After breakfast at Panoramic hotel in Iguazu we will take the flight to Buenos Aires.
Transfer from Aeroparque (domestic airport) to the Recoleta Grand hotel to leave our luggage. Then, we will start the first day in Buenos Aires learning about the Jewish Community of Argentina.

Did you know that in Buenos Aires there is a Kosher McDonald’s?Did you know that Police stations located in the traditionally Jewish neighborhoods of Buenos Aires have their signs written in Hebrew?
This tour is not only about visiting meaningful sites, but more about learning the History of the Jewish immigration to Argentina, deeply exploring the tragic episodes that dramatically changed the community and celebrating the active dynamic life of the Argentinean Jewish Community as it is today.
During the itinerary, we will visit the place where the Israeli Embassy was located before a terrorist bombing attack destroyed the building in 1992. We will see the Israeli Embassy Plaza, a memorial devoted to the victims of that cruel attack.
Then we will visit the Israelite Congregation of the Argentinean Republic, the first one of Argentina, founded in 1962. We will also visit the Jewish Museum of Buenos Aires, where we are going to learn about the Jewish gauchos.

DAY 4 - Saturday February 18 (B, L, D). Buenos Aires
We will visit Estancia Santa Susana (Argentinean Ranch) and enjoy of a BBQ Argentinean Style.
Experience a ‘fiesta gaucha’ (gaucho party) on this full-day tour from Buenos Aires to Estancia Santa Susana, a traditional ranch in the Argentina countryside. Loosely translated as the South American version of cowboys, gauchos are residents of the Argentina plains, and at Santa Susana, they offer a fun-filled day of ranch activities, horseback rides, a traditional folk show, a BBQ lunch, wine and a performance of their fantastic horse-riding skills.

We will start with a tango lesson for beginners, then we are going to enjoy dinner and last but not least the greatest tango show with a live orchestra and over 20 dancers on stage will give you the best of the tango experience of Buenos Aires.

DAY 5- Sunday February 19 (B). Buenos Aires
Teatro Colón + City tour (full day)
Sunday is a great day to get to know Buenos Aires, as there are unique activities that only take place that day and the city can show to visitors all its splendor.
This tour will give you the opportunity to learn about the History of Argentina and its culture.
We will start our journey with a guided tour to the Teatro Colón, the famous Opera House of Buenos Aires. This magnificent theater has one of the best acoustics in the world. Built with a very European architectonic style, it was opened in 1908.We will continue visiting the elegant neighborhood of Recoleta. This district is also well known by its cemetery, where the grave of many forefathers of Argentina are located, including the famous grave of Evita.
At the Civic Center we will see the Pink House, the Cabildo building (where the administration during the Spanish colony was located), the Plaza de Mayo (May Square) and the Metropolitan Cathedral. There we will see the homage that the Catholic Church made to the Jewish community. It consists of two glass plates between which there are prayer book pages rescued from the ruins of Treblinka and Auschwitz concentration camps and the Warsaw ghetto. There is also a Kadish score and two book covers: one is a book of tales in Yiddish found under the rubble of the AMIA building
(the JCC that was bombed in 1994) and the other one is the Book of Samuel found while looking for survivors, after the Israeli Embassy exploded. All these buildings surround the Plaza de Mayo (May Square). We will continue going along the Mayo Avenue, where the Tortoni café, the oldest in town, is located. Afterwards we will continue to the National Congress of Argentina.

We will explore the colorful La Boca area with its open-air arts fair, Boca Jrs. Stadium and the famous Caminito street.

Then, we will visit San Telmo, the oldest neighborhood in Buenos Aires. On Sundays takes place the Antiques Market on Plaza Defensa.
You will have time to go around and find souvenirs to take back home.
We will finish our tour visiting Puerto Madero, the newest district of Buenos Aires, built by the Río (river) de la Plata. We will see the Woman Bridge, built by Santiago Calatrava.

DAY 6- Monday February 20 (B, L). Buenos Aires - Colonia - Punta del Este
Breakfast at the Hotel.
Private transfer with guide to the port in order to take the Buquebus towards Colonia.
Arrival at Colonia port. Reception by a local English-Speaking guide.
Tour in Colonia: Visit to the industrial area and the surrounding zone of Fernando Park.
After that, you will visit Real de San Carlos area, and you will make a stop in San Benito chapel and Mihanovich Complex: the antique hotel (Current site of Politécnica University of Valencia), Toros Square, the Fortón, the racecourse, the Usina and the Quay. Through the western coast, at the banks of the big bay and its beaches, you will discover the residential neighborhoods in order to arrive to the center and the commercial areas.
After lunch, you will then enter into the historical neighborhood through the field gate of the antique Colonia del Sacramento. The journey will be guided by the Neighborhood, and you will be able to discover a lot about the different interesting parts of the city that contributed to be declared as Humanity Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO, in 1995. At the end, transfer to Punta del Este, to Grand Hotel.

The tour starts the journey visiting the Commercial Center of the Peninsula, The handicraft market, The Yatch Harbour, Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria Chapel, Cuatro Mares Corner, Lighthouse; Residential towns with its beautiful gardens and mansions; Barra de Maldonado, Puentes Ondulantes, Indígena Park, The Jagüel, Beverly Hills, Lugano Neighborhood, Cantegrille, Maldonado Historical Capital City, Pinares and Punta Ballena with the possibility of getting to know Casapueblo the Museum- Carlos Páez Vilaró Workshop and enjoy the “Misa al Sol”. Way back to hotel.

DAY 9- Friday February 24 (B).
Jewish tour (half a day)**
Breakfast at the Hotel.
We will visit the traditional Jewish neighborhood of "ONCE" (On-Say). There, we take a guided visit to the new AMIA building (Mutual Association Israelite Argentina - Community Center). The original building of AMIA was attacked in 1994, leaving a tragic balance of 85 victims. In addition, we will visit the subway station Pasteur-AMIA, which not only was renamed after this Jewish Community Center, but also was renewed with a permanent exhibition of murals that pays tribute to the victims of the bombing in 1994.
Then, we will visit the Sephardic synagogue Shaare Tefila.
